As the Sales Manager for Intermediary Business at a sizable Fund House, you will manage all aspects of the relationship between the company and prospective clients & distributors.

You will market “The Company” funds to prospective clients & distributors by:


  • Develop and implement sales & marketing, product activities and strategies with distributors
  • Conduct branch visits & presentations
  • Provide fund and market information
  • Motivate distributors’ channels to sell “Company’s” funds
  • Handle investors and brokers’ hotline


  • University degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant work experience gained preferably from insurance companies in Hong Kong
  • Experience working closely with agency channels is essential, agency training background an advantage
  • Proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-changing environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues across the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as the role involves working closely with the legal, operations, sales, marketing, investment, and compliance teams
