The incumbent will be responsible for executing Voluntary Business sales strategies, performing sales and admin functions throughout the marketing and sales process. Fostering good relationship with internal and external business partners and clients by providing efficient and quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of Voluntary Business visions and strategies
  • Conduct employee benefit plan presentation to clients and members as well as promote health insurance plans in workplace
  • Assist members to bridge the gaps in their risk exposure and recommend on relevant insurance protection solutions matched to members’ needs
  • Cross-sell and up-sell various types of insurance products to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Develop and maintain sound relationships with brokers by acting as a key contact point and providing efficient and high quality service
  • Actively seek and develop new business opportunities through brokers, by expanding existing broker relationships or developing new relationships with brokers; and to occasionally work directly with clients
  • Achieve individual and team sales target
  • Assist on any ad-hoc business projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance-related industry
  • Experience in health insurance products is essential
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • IIQE Paper 1,2,3 are required
