The incumbent will be responsible for sales, marketing and administrative functions focusing on business development for Corporate SMEs. He/she will work with various external and internal stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of processes and provide optimum services.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual targets and motivate other team members to collectively achieve team sales targets
  • Provide effective solutions to clients including but not limited to quotations, service proposals, client implementations and escalate enquiries to Team Lead when necessary
  • A self-starter – able to proactively setup and manage client activities to generate new business relationships and providing efficient and quality services
  • Be an Ambassador: attend corporate and networking functions for exposure and branding
  • Bridge communications between internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist on any ad-hoc business projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance agency or Telemarketing
  • Experience in health insurance products is essential
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Completion of IIQE Papers 1,2,3 are required
