Responsibilities:

  • Organize and execute company events, such as seminars, luncheons and dinners, and incentive campaigns
  • Manage the event logistics and attendance
  • Prepare marketing materials, including publications, presentations, souvenirs and promotional materials
  • Provide other administrative support as assigned by supervisors
  • Support other marketing programs

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in marketing or business, with at least 3 years’ working experience
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, and with strong presentation skills
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
