    Responsibilities:

    • Play a proactive role in understanding, anticipating and evaluating business requirements in order to define and create business solutions to achieve business objectives
    • Liaise with project manager and various teams to translate the business requirements into a solution from business perspective, define project elements and milestones
    • Tackle issues that will prevent the delivery of business requirements, provide alternative or contingency solutions, facilitate discussion with all relevant parties and prioritise business requirements. Ensure all parties with a clear understanding of the solution and risk involved
    • Formulate user acceptance test and work closely with IT system solution and technical team, business users and relevant parties to ensure quality checking on the solution
    • Prepare training materials and provide training to business users
    • Manage end-to-end delivery of Rapid Response Team (RRT) for implementing small scale system changes including the liaison with member(s) from IT team who work out system solution design for fulfilling business requirement. Escalate any issues with resolution to supervisor
    • Able to work with external vendor effectively to implement and maintain various IT solutions and projects for business operation.
    • Agile experience is an add-on
    • Any adhoc tasks assigned by manager

    Requirements:

    • University graduate is required
    • At least 6-8 years’ project management experience in life insurance industry
    • Extensive experience in technical business analysis and advance knowledge of programming, like SQL, and system integration solution in insurance industry.
    • Track record on successful delivery of large/complex and high risk projects or programmes
    • Experienced in business process reengineering and continuous improvement
    • Proven ability to establish strong working relationships with internal employees, third party suppliers and stakeholders
    • Relevant experience of advising and influencing stakeholders, up to senior managers level
    • Excellent communication skill both in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
    • Work well under pressure and be able to complete task at a timely manner.
    • Proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
