About the Job:

• Provide B-to-B consultancy services on Pension & Employee Benefit to clients across diversified industries.
• Formulate and execute strategic marketing campaigns to acquire new business. 
• Participate in corporate events (i.e. webinars and conferences) to develop new business.
• Conduct financial analysis and formulate customized corporate solutions for clients.
• Attend and present in meetings with both existing and new clients. 
• Provide mentorship and regular training to junior teammates. 

Requirement & Qualification:

• University graduate, preferably as a registered MPF intermediary.
• 2+ years of Business Development experience in MPF / Pension / Employee Benefit.
• Be mature and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
