About the Job:
- Provide B-to-B consultancy services on Pension & Employee Benefit to clients across diversified industries.
- Formulate and execute strategic marketing campaigns to acquire new business.
- Participate in corporate events (i.e. webinars and conferences) to develop new business.
- Conduct financial analysis and formulate customized corporate solutions for clients.
- Attend and present in meetings with both existing and new clients.
- Provide mentorship and regular training to junior teammates.
Requirement & Qualification:
- University graduate, preferably as a registered MPF intermediary.
- 2+ years of Business Development experience in MPF / Pension / Employee Benefit.
- Be mature and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
