Assistant Underwriting Manager, Individual Life
About the Company:
- A market-leading Insurer focusing on Life Insurance and Employee Benefit
About the Job:
- Perform Underwriting on Individual Life & Health policies.
- Participate in underwriting projects of workflow enhancement and guideline revision.
- Handle enquiries from agencies and other internal teams.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior underwriters.
- Compile regular reports for management’s reviews.
Requirement & Qualification:
- University graduate, preferably with FLMI / ICA.
- 5+ years of Underwriting experience in Individual Life.
- Be mature and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officers.
