About the Job:
- Lead the Policy Administration department.
- Participate in strategic planning, and develop and execute strategies for the Policy Admin department to align with company objectives.
- Manage policy issuance, renewal and other administration tasks for General Insurance across all distribution channels.
- Drive system enhancement projects and streamline workflows.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior teammates.
Requirement & Qualification:
- University graduate, preferably with ACII / ANZIIF.
- 5+ years of Policy Admin experience in General Insurance, with supervisory experience.
- Be mature and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Managers.
