- Oversee agency production and ensure sustained sales performance.
- Drive agency recruitment projects to support agency growth.
- Coordinate agency events and other related activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support agency development initiatives.
Requirement & Qualification:
- University graduate.
- 5+ years of Agency Development experience in Life Insurance.
- Be mature and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Managers.
