This role, based in Singapore for an international insurer, involves driving and optimising the performance of the underwriting portfolios and claims handling operations for all classes of business in South East Asia. With a proven record of claims/underwriting roles at a senior level, across various classes, you will contribute to the development and achievement of strategy and performance targets. You will continually assess and review underwriting & technical business processes whilst recruiting and leading a team capable of implementing the recommendations made to the business. Experience of managing multi-geographical teams is highly desirable as is proficiency in English AND one other language in the region.
