You should currently work for a multinational organisation and possess
excellent communication, change management and project management skills.
Ideally you should have experience of working in insurance and / or financial
services. You will take strategic responsibility for the entire HR function
involving all the normal core HR activities. A relevant qualification would be
preferred. Fluent Japanese essential.
