Based in Manila, you will be responsible for the establishment and maintainance of stringent SLAs and customer service standards in order to ensure that this high frequency claims centre effectively deals with regional A&H/Motor/personal lines insurance claims. Experience of general insurance claims would be an added advantage as would previous experience of working in the insurance market in the Philippines.
