This role is with one of the worlds leading insurance companies and is responsible for the development of new and existing business (A&H) via various distribution channels throughout the Asia Pacific region. The aim is for this individual to explore various initiatives that will help the organisation gain an advantage over competitors, whether this be through advanced technology, new distribution channels, enhanced product offerings or the like. This could be done through many ways hence experience in channel and distribution management and analysis is key as you will assess current relationships (agency, bancassurance etc), business development templates and technology strategy. Excellent project management, communication, organisation and business development skills are required.
