Charles Eady 易帝
Charles Eady is the Hong Kong General Manager of IPS Group
Asia and oversees the entire range of services the company look to
provide in Asia. He has been working with IPS Group in our offices in the City of
London. Charles plays a leading role in developing our presence in Asia, as well
as personally dealing with assignments in the Insurance and Financial Services sectors.
Charles has an extensive background in Human Capital Consulting to the Lloyd's,
London & International Insurance Market, for Broking Houses and General Insurance
Companies, as well as Financial Services. He started his career in the early 1990's
working as a Placing Broker for a firm of Lloyd's Reinsurance Brokers.

Molly Wu 伍蓉梅
Molly Wu is based in Shanghai. She has been appointed
General Manager to oversee the entire range of services the company
look to provide in China.
Molly received her English Bachelor degree from the Shanghai Institute
of Foreign Trade. She has worked within the legal and insurance markets. She worked
for GAB Robins China, the biggest loss adjusting company in China for 6 years, where
she was responsible for translating and interpreting complex claims and legal insurance
documents.
She then helped establish another international firm of loss adjusters in China.
Molly joined IPS from King & Wood (China's largest law firm) where she was HR
Manager in Shanghai responsible for all recruitment and HR management.

Gareth Phillips
Gareth Phillips works in our Singapore operation,
having previously been based for IPS in London specialising in general insurance
placements, at all levels, within the London insurance and reinsurance markets.
He has spent considerable time in the South East Asian region, having been brought
up, lived & worked in Singapore and Indonesia. With a BSc in Economics and International
Development from Bath University it has always been Gareths' intention to return
to the region to work where his Bahasa may be put to more use than it was in London!

Jimmy Ping 平津
Ping Jin (Jimmy Ping) joined the IPS Asia
team initially in London and is now in Shanghai, having spent over ten years in
the Actuarial and Consulting areas. He has worked for a well-known banking group,
a fund manager, a pensions consultancy and a global life assurer. Jimmy
possesses a BSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School in
London and is a part qualified actuary.
As a Chinese - British citizen, Jimmy has spent equal amounts of time in
China and the UK. Mandarin is Jimmy's first language
but he also speaks fluent Cantonese and English. Jimmy is particularly
strong in the analytics and actuarial recruitment areas.

Richard Burfitt
Richard Burfitt is a consultant in our Singapore operation. After
graduating from Cardiff University with a BSc in Business Management, the early
part of his career saw Richard working in the London market on Senior Appointments
placements within the Financial Services sector.
He has been brought on board to join Gareth Phillips in developing our presence
in Singapore where he will focus on assignments in the General and Life Insurance
sectors. With a particular interest in the emerging markets and having worked with
some of our consultants on previous roles in the UK, Richard’s addition to the Asia
business will further our capabilities in the Life and Actuarial fields.

Penny Hui 許朗恩
Penny Hui is based in our Hong Kong Office and is an experienced
Life & Pensions Insurance Recruitment Specialist. Her background is mainly in
recruiting for positions in Operations & Technical roles in the Life & Pensions
Insurance industry in Asia. Penny's main focus with our business in Hong Kong is
the Hong Kong Life & Pensions Market, but of course has the ability to operate across
the Asia Region. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language Studies with Business
and speaks English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese.

Larraine Chang 張穎雯
Larraine Chang works in our Hong Kong Office, working with Charles
Eady concentrating on the General Insurance Market. Larraine received her Bachelor
degree from the University of Hong Kong in European Studies, and also studied Regional
Politics and Cultural Studies at the University of Calgary in Canada. She also has
a background in Marketing and Public Relations both in Hong Kong and the USA prior
to joining our team in Hong Kong.

Alan Charlesworth 康逸夫
Alan Charlesworth is the Managing Director of IPS Group Limited
and a major shareholder in the company. He joined IPS in 1989, became finance director
in 1991 and then Managing Director in 1998. He is responsible for the group's Asian
operations and played a key role in establishing the offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai
and Singapore. He has a passion for building up our businesses in Asia. As a qualified
Chartered Accountant, he came through the ranks at Ernst & Young before joining
IPS.

Sir David Brewer CMG 白乐威 爵士
Sir David Brewer CMG is a member of the IPS Group International
Advisory Board.
He is currently Chairman of the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC is a partnership
between the government and British trade to assist companies to develop business
in China). Also, President of the EU-China Business Association, Vice-President
of the GB-China Centre, Trustee of The Daiwa Anglo-Japanese Foundation, Honorary
Patron of The Mongolian-British Chamber of Commerce and a ‘Think London’ International
Envoy for London.
Sir David is particularly well known in Asia; his career has been in insurance broking,
with Sedgwick and Marsh. For Sedgwick he opened their offices in Japan in 1976,
in China in 1981 and in India in 1986. He was Non-Executive Vice-Chairman at Marsh
Limited from 2007 to 2009 and Senior Consultant, Asia, International Financial Services,
London from 2001 to 2010. In 2007 Sir David was President of the Insurance Institute
of London.
He was elected the 678th Lord Mayor of The City of London for 2005 to 2006 and was
appointed Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London in 2008.

Anthony Chitnis
Anthony Chitnis is a principal shareholder and the Director responsible
for the Financial Services Practice across the IPS Group. He has been with
the company almost 20 years and specialises in advising management and individuals
on executive appointments across life assurance, pensions, retail financial services
and investment industries and general management, distribution, actuarial and marketing
functions. He has also worked on assignments in executive compensation and broader
reward consulting.
